Susan began her escrow career in 1979 as a Receptionist with Western Title and Escrow in Yucca Valley. Susan became an assistant shortly thereafter.

After taking a break to have her daughter Ashley, she became a licensed insurance agent for two years. Longing for the daily challenges that escrow offers, Susan missed the escrow business and in 1985 came back as an Escrow Assistant. With a lot of great training from her mentor Patsy Skidmore (who had over 45 years of escrow experience) in 1986 Susan was promoted to an Escrow Officer.

Susan jumped at the offer to join the All Cities Escrow team in July 2005. She is committed to providing efficient, accurate and personalized escrow service. Customer service is the key to a successful closing. She makes herself available to her clients seven days a week and after hours as well, by appointment.

Susan handles residential resales, commercial resales and mobile home escrows, with almost 30 years of experience.

A California native, Susan has lived in the Lake Arrowhead area since 1999. She has one daughter, who is a Licensed Vocational Nurse. Her son in law is currently serving in the Marines, with two tours so far to Iraq. She has a beautiful granddaughter Ayana who is almost 5.

Susan and her husband Ron, have been married since 1991.
